These rules apply to profiles, stories, messages, groups, events, routes, listings, reviews and care conversations on Vuff.
Respect people and animals
Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, graphic violence or content that harms animals or encourages harm. Do not arrange unsafe encounters or misuse someone’s home access details.
Be honest
Do not impersonate anyone, submit forged documents, invent a lost-pet listing, misstate care qualifications or manipulate reviews. The orange badge shows an active subscription; it is not a guarantee of identity, conduct or skill.
No animal sales or lost-pet payments
Selling dogs or puppies is not allowed. Adoption is free; adoption and mating listings cannot include a price. Do not demand money in connection with a lost animal or send money to an unverified stranger.
Protect privacy
Do not publish another person’s address, phone number, identity document, health information or precise location without permission. Share home access and meeting details only with the people who need them.
No spam or illegal content
Do not send unwanted bulk messages, scam links, unlawful offers or content you do not have the right to share.
Reports and consequences
Use the in-app Report and Block controls. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and remove the person who posted it where needed. Reports may lead to removal, a warning, feature limits, suspension or account closure, depending on severity. We explain eligible decisions and provide an appeal route for 180 days. We may temporarily hide content while a safety report is reviewed. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an app report.
