Who can use Vuff

You must be at least 18. One account per person; the details you give must be true, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe.

Your content

You own what you share. By sharing it on Vuff, you let us store it and show it to the audience you choose, for as long as it stays on Vuff. Only share content you have the right to share, and don’t share other people’s personal details or where they live.

No tolerance for abuse

There is no place on Vuff for objectionable content or abusive people.

• No content that is sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, or that shows or encourages harm to animals.
• No selling dogs or puppies. Adoption is free, and adoption and mating listings never carry a price.
• No scams, spam or impersonation. Never ask for money about a lost pet.
• Nothing that breaks the law.

Reports, blocking and decisions

You can report any profile, story, listing, message or review and block any account. We review reports and respond to safety concerns as promptly as possible. If something breaks these terms, we may remove it, warn you, limit a feature, suspend or close your account. We tell you the reason, and you can appeal within 180 days; someone who didn’t make the first decision reviews it.

Meeting in person

Vuff helps you meet people and dogs in real life. Meet in public places, decide for yourself who you meet, and keep your dog under control. Vuff doesn’t check anyone’s identity or background, and a badge only shows an active subscription: we can’t guarantee how anyone will behave.

Care, training, adoption and mating

Vuff connects dog owners with caregivers, trainers, adopters and other owners. Arrangements and payments are made directly between you and happen outside Vuff; Vuff is not a party to them and doesn’t employ caregivers or trainers. Vuff doesn’t check caregivers’ or trainers’ identity, background or qualifications. You decide whom to trust: read Care reviews, meet first and share home access only after you’ve met.

Vuff Plus and Vuff Pro subscriptions

• Subscriptions are bought and billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• The orange badge shows an active subscription. It doesn’t mean Vuff checked your identity.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Vuff running and safe, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what members do, say or arrange with each other. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer arbitration committees or the rights consumers have where they live.
